| Go to the Web Site Manager Page. |

Look for the Chat Icon and Links to the left. |

Click on the "Schedule A Chat" link. |

Select how often the chat will occur from the drop-down
list. |

When scheduling a new chat, the Web Site Administrator selects
a time frame for the chat. The chat can be one day only, monthly, weekly, annually, multiple days, or permanent
(always active). |

| Click Continue. |

Name, describe, and specify the date and time. |
| |
Here you can specify details about the chat so that participants
know what the chat is about and when it takes place. You can also specify under which categories your chat will
be listed on your calendar, and which (if any) channel calendars you want to publish this chat to. |

Publish Links to Chat.
Once you have created a chat room, you can publish
links to your active chat so that participants can get to the chat room. To learn more about publishing links to
chat, click here.
If you choose to publish your chat links on a public page, Web Site visitors can see the links, but only participants
of your site can reach your active chats. If you want to hide the links from public view, you must publish them
on a private page.
