Lesson 8.2: Allow Visitors to View Your Calendar

Your Web Site calendar is always available to you as a Web Site Administrator by going to the Web site Manager and Clicking the "Events Icon."

However, you will probably want to allow your participants and cisitors to your Web Site to link to your calendar as well. When visitors view your calendar, they will not see the "Update" button, but they can search for events.

Check your Web Site for page links (links to other pages in your site).
Your Web Site may already have a page links feature on it. If so, see if your calendar page appears listed there. If so, visitors can simply click that link to view your calendar.

Click on the Web Site Manager Button.
Make sure you are logged in as teh Web Site Administrator. Click here to see if your calendar is active or not. If you don't see your calendar on your Web Site, it may not be active.

Click the "Change page names/setings" link once you are on the Web Site Manager page.

Look for your Calendar page in the list of pages on your Web Site.
This page includes a list of all of the pages in your Web Site.

Click the "Active" radial button under page status.

Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.

Exit your Web Site Manager page by clicking the "Return to Homepage" link.

Find your list of page links on your Web Site again. The calendar page should now be listed along with the other pages.
