Lesson 7.9: Add/Edit Questions on Your Online Form
An online form is a questionnaire that community members can fill out online.
You can then view the results or have them emailed to you.
When you created your online form, you set up some questions and answers. You can now edit your questions or add
new questions.
Go to an Online Form in your Web Site.
Click on the Edit Page button. You will be taken to an edit/preview mode of your
form where you can add/edit your form's questions.
View the "Update Your Feedback Form" Page. On this page you can:
Set/Change Title, Introductory Text, Text for Submit Button, and Email
Address for results.
Add or Change Questions on your feedback form.
Change page name, enable/disable access and privacy status
Click the "Set/Change Title ..." link.
You will be taken to an add/edit page where you can change
your form's title, introductory text, submit button text, email address of form recipient and whether or not you
want to solicit email addresses.
Once you have made your changes, click the Done button to be taken back to the "Update Your Feedback Form"
page.
Click the "Add or Change Questions" link. This link takes you to the page where you can make
changes to the questions on your form page. There is an "Edit" and "Delete" button below each
question. To edit each questions, click the edit button. When you have made your changes, you can click the Done
button at the bottom of the page to be returned to the "Update Your Feedback Form" Page.
Click the "Change Page Name..." link. You will be taken to the "Page Settings" Page where you can make your
page Active or Inactive; Public or Private; and Change your page name and description. When you have made your changes, you can click the Done button at the bottom of the page
to be returned to the "Update Your Feedback Form" Page.
Click the"Return to Feedback Form" link once
you have finished editing your Online Form.
