Lesson 6.5: Changing Page Order/Delete Pages

As the Web Site Administrator, you can rearrange and delete any page in
your Web Site. The only page you cannot remove is the calendar. And, if you delete a page, it will be permanently removed. If you don't want to permanently delete the page, follow the steps below to hide it from viewers.

Make sure you are logged in as a Web Site Administrator and Click the Web Site Manager Button.

Scroll to the Pages Option Section.
Is highlighted in purple.

Click on Change Page Order/Delete Pages.
You will see a list of pages in your Web Site. The order you see here is the order your pages will be in anywhere a "page links" feature is published on your Web Site.

Click the up or down arrow in the row of the page you want to move up or down in the list.

Click the right-facing arrow to make your page a sub-page of the page above it.

Click the left-facing arrow, if the page is already a sub-page, to make it a top level page again.

Click Delete in the row of the page you want to delete.

Click Edit to change the properties of the page, like the page name, description, or privacy setting.
[Note: See next lesson for more detail.]

Click the Done button at the bottom of the page when you are finished re-arranging your pages.

To exit the Web Site Manager, Click the "Return to Your Site Name Home Page" link on your Web Site Manager Page.
