Click on the "Login" link in the Web site's
navigation.
Click on the "Lost password? Click here" link
on the login/set-up page.
Type in your user name.
Click the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
If you do not have an e-mail address, type in the answer to the
question you gave when setting up your user account.
You will only see this prompt screen if you have not given an e-mail
address. Otherwise, skip this step and continue to the next step.
Once you have typed in the answer to your question, you will be instructed
to supply an alternate e-mail address where your password can be sent.
Once you have put in an e-mail address you can click the Continue button
which will take you to Step 6. If you do not have an e-mail address you want to use, you can click on the "display
my password" link.
Your password will be displayed on the next screen. You can then click the
Done button at the bottom of the screen.
View the confirmation message which indicates that your
password will be e-mailed to you.
