Lesson 11: How To Manage Content Feeds

 
The Content Feed feature is used to re-purpose data within your online community. Using a content feed, one posting within a CPS Community can be "mirrored" elsewhere in the community. This "mirrored" content will include a portion of the original content and a link back to the original posting. Each time the original posting is updated, the information is updated on each site where the content feed is published. Go to the Web Site Manager Page.

     
Look for the Content Feeds Icon and Links to the left.

     
Click on the "Add/Edit Content Feeds" link.

 
From the Add/edit content feeds option on Web Site Manager, Web Site Administrators can:
  • Add a content feed and select the source postings for that feed
  • Edit the name and description of the content feed
  • Edit the schedule for the content feed and the source postings for that feed
  • Delete postings from the content feed
  • Delete content feeds
