Select chat transcripts

Participants or Web Site Administrators can insert links to chat transcripts (text from chat sessions that was previously saved using Web Site Manager). You can choose which chat transcripts appear.

To access the Links to Which Transcripts page

  1. From the page containing the link to a chat transcript, click the Edit Page option at the top of the page.
  2. From the Edit Content on This Page page, scroll through the postings on the page and find the chat transcript posting.
  3. Click the Format Chat Transcripts option near the chat transcript feature.
  4. From the Transcripts Link Options page, click Link to which transcripts? option.

To select transcripts

  1. To include all transcripts in the transcript list you want to display on your page, select All Chat Transcripts in the Available Transcripts column.
  2. To display individual transcripts in the list, click the transcript name in the Available Transcripts column. The transcript name moves to the right column.
  3. To remove a transcript from the list, click the transcript name in the Transcripts Already Selected column. The transcript moves to the left column.
  4. Click Done.
