Select message board topics

Participants or Web Site Administrators can insert links to message board topics that were previously created using Web Site Manager. You can choose which topics display on the list.

To access the Links to Which Option page

  1. From the page containing the message board topics, click the Edit Page option at the top of the page.
  2. From the Edit this Content page, scroll through the postings on the page and find the message board topic list posting.
  3. Click the Format Discussion Topics option below the message board feature.
  4. From the Topic List Options page, click the Link to which topics? option.

To select links

  1. To include all message board topics on the list, select All Topics in the Available Topics column.
  2. To show individual topics on the list, click the topic name in the Available Topics column. The topic moves to the right column.

    To remove a topic from the list, click the topic name in the Topics Already Selected column. The topic moves to the left column.

  3. Click Done.
