Participants can view chat transcripts to catch up on chats
they missed or review the conversation. As Web Site Administrator, you can modify details about each chat to make
them more descriptive. You can also delete a chat transcript. For example, you may decide that the topic is no
longer relevant to the Web Site.
You can:

| Rearrange chat transcripts |
- From the Web Site Manager, click View chat transcripts.
- Click the up arrow in the row of the transcript you want
to move up.
- Click the down arrow in the row of the transcript you want
to move down.

| Change the transcript's name or description |

To change the name or description of an archived transcript,
follow these steps:
- From the Web Site Manager, click View chat transcripts.
- Click Edit in the row of the archived chat you want to edit.
- Type a new name for the archived transcript in the Name
of Archived Chat text box.
- Type a new description for the archived transcript or add
to the existing description in the Description of Archived Chat box.
- Click Done.

| Delete the chat transcript |
- From the Web Site Manager, click View chat transcripts.
- Click Delete in the row of the archived chat you want to delete.
