If you are a participant of a web site and have clicked on a message
board link, you will be taken to that message board and be able to read and post messages. If you have not logged
in, you will only be able to read the message board messages. In order to post, you will have to click on the participate
button above the message board text.
The message board page includes a frame at the top which includes a link
back to the page from which you entered the message board page. The actual message board text is located in the
bottom frame of the page.
Once you have reached the message board page you have two views. One
view is the "Topic" view and the other is the "Message" view. You can click on the tab for each
view to move from one to the other.
On the topic view page, you can:
- Read the available topics and the first few lines of each message.
- Post a new message.
- Post a reply to a message.
- Search to locate a specific message or topic.
- Edit or delete your message (until a reply is posted to your message,
then you are unable to edit or delete it.)

On the message view page, you can:
- Read the full text of any message.
- Choose to view all messages at once or each individually.
- Print individual messages.
- Post a reply to any message.
