Scheduling a chat is very much like scheduling a calendar
event. Once you have scheduled a chat event, it will appear on the Web Site Calendar along with other calendar
events. The first step is specifying how often the chat will take place.
- From the Web Site Manager, click Schedule a chat
in the left column.
- Select how often the chat will occur from the drop-down
list.
- Click Continue.
You can then enter specific information
about the chat event, such as the name, event date and time, and places where a link to the chat event will be
published.
