The online form

By default, every Web Site contains two built-in pages: the home page and calendar. The Web Site Administrator can also add the following types of pages: a regular publishing page, an online form, a framed page, and a freeform page. An online form allows the Web Site Administrator to ask viewers questions and gather information. The purpose of an online form is to provide interactivity for viewers — to make the Web Site more interesting. The questions can be fun, such as "Who do you think will win the Super Bowl?" or they can be requests for information, such as "What do you think about my Web Site?" The form results can be emailed to a designated person or sent to a remote database for further analysis. Only the Web Site Administrator can add or edit an online form.

To fill out the online form, type your answers in the text boxes that follow each question. Click the Submit button (the Web Site Administrator may have named it something else) at the bottom of the form.
