Manage content feeds

When adding or editing a posting on a web page or creating a page layout, participants or Web Site Administrators can automatically display content from another public posting, another page, or even another Web Site. This is called an automatic internal content feed or news feed. When the original content is updated, the page showing the content feed also updates automatically. You might want to use this feature to show teasers or short clips from the more lengthy news articles or stories and to encourage readers to continue to the rest of the story elsewhere in the Web Site.

Before participants can insert a content feed, Web Site Administrators must create the content feed items. Administrators also determine when content feeds appear in postings on a page. You could have a teaser article appear one week and then change it the next week.
