Format page link lists

Participants or Web Site Administrators can insert—on any page—lists of all the pages in the Web Site. You can choose from multiple styles and formats for this Smart Feature. You can choose the list style, bullet, font, background, and more for the list. You can also choose which pages you want to include.

To access the Format Links to Pages page

  1. From the page containing the page list, click the Edit Page option at the top of the page.
  2. From the Edit Content on This Page page, scroll through the postings on the page and find the page list posting.
  3. Click the Format Page Links option below the page list feature.
  4. From the Page Link Options page, click the Page link style option.

To use the Format Links to Pages page

  1. Style: Click the radio button below the list style you want. This is the way the page list will appear.
    • Width for list of links: Optionally, enter a width for the list in pixels or a percent of the page width. Or, you can select Auto to let the system determine the best width.
    • Border: Select 0 to show no border around your list. Select 1 (thin border) to 5 (thick border).
  2. Format Heading Text: Enter text that appears at the top of your list. Also choose the font and font attributes.
  3. Format Page Names: Select the format for the links to the pages.
  4. Format Page Descriptions: Select the format for the page descriptions that appear in the list.
  5. Format Page Stats: Select the font and alignment for page statistics.
  6. Select Bullet Style: Click the radio button to the left of the bullet you want to use in the bulleted list of pages.
  7. Select Background Colors: Select the color that appears as the background of your list. The heading color appears in the heading row of the list.
  8. Click Done.
