Participants or Web Site Administrators can insert a miniature
calendar that shows events from the main calendar of the Web Site. When someone adds an event to the main calendar
in Web Site Manager, the mini-calendar automatically shows the new event.
To access the Format Mini-Calendar page:
- From the page containing the mini-calendar, click the Edit Page
option at the top of the page.
- From the Edit Content on This Page page, scroll through the
postings on the page and find the mini-calendar posting.
- Click the
Format
Mini-Calendar
option below the calendar.
To format the mini-calendar:
- Filter events: Choose the date range you want to display in the mini-calendar. You can also choose the categories
of events to display. For example, you might want to display only birthdays.
- Style: Click the
radio button below the calendar style you want.
- Calendar width: Optionally, enter a calendar width in pixels or a percent of the page width. Or, you can select
Auto to let the system determine the best width.
- Border:
Select 0 to show no border around your calendar. To show
a border, select 1 (thin border) through 5 (thick border).
- Calendar
heading: Select
the format for the date and enter text that appears at the top
of your mini-calendar.
- Event links: Select
the format for the links that appear in the mini-calendar. These links could be names of events, dates, or times.
- Other
Text: Select
the format for other text that appears, such as descriptions
and subheadings.
- Background: Select
the color of the heading row that appears in your calendar.
Select the color of other rows or body area of the calendar.
You can also select an accent or alternating row color.
- Click Done.
