The Web Site Administrator can go
back and edit an online form's name, introductory text, button name, and email address information after it has
been created. The form properties are udpated immediately.

- Edit the form by going to its page, clicking Edit this Page,
then clicking Set/Change Title, Introductory Text,
Text for Submit Button, and Email Address for Results.
- To change the form title, type the new title in the Give
your form a title text box.
- To add or change the introductory text, type the new text
in the Introductory Text box.
- To change the Submit Button text, type the new text in
the Text for Submit Button text box.
- To add or change the email address of the form recipient,
type the new email address in the Email address of form recipient text box.
- To request or stop requesting the user's email address,
click the Yes or No radio button.
