| Smart Feature: Mini-calendar |

| When adding or editing a posting on a web page or creating a
page layout, participants or Web Site Administrators can insert a miniature calendar that shows events from the
main calendar of the Web Site. When someone adds an event to the main calendar in Web Site Manager, the mini-calendar
automatically shows the new event. |

You can select to show events within a specific date range or from event categories, such as birthdays or conferences.
You can choose from multiple styles and formats for the mini-calendar.
Where can you use this Smart Feature?
You can insert a Smart Feature mini-calendar on any page in
the Web Site, including the Interest Guide channel page.
- When
you are adding a posting, select Calendar
from the Layout drop-down list and click the mini-calendar
layout. This inserts the mini-calendar on your page.
- When you are editing the posting, click
Format
Mini-Calendar to format the mini-calendar.
- Although
you publish
and format
Smart
Features in postings on any page, you update their content
globally
via the Web Site Manager console.
To add events to the main calendar, return to the Web
Site Manager and click the Add
event option
in
the Calendar section.
Note:
You can use this Smart Feature only if your System Manager
enabled participants to publish in this Web Site and enabled
the use of the calendar.
