Email participants

You can send a message to all participants in your Web Site and also in related Web Sites. The message appears in your participant's email application.

denotes information that you must enter.

  1. From the Web Site Manager, click Email all participants.
    Or, from the toolbar on any Web Site page created within the cmmunity, click the
    Email members shortcut button in the Toolbar.

    Note: Toolbar options are governed by the Web Site Administrator. If the Email members option does not appear in your toolbar, contact your Web Site Administrator.

  2. Enter the title of your message in the Subject text box.
  3. Enter the text of your message in the Body text box.
  4. Optional: To send the email to participants in all Web Sites related to this one, click the check box.
  5. Click Send.
