on whether the Web Site Administrator made the calendar public or private. Participants can add events to the calendar if the Web Site Administrators gave them permission.
Note: The calendar cannot be deleted. If the Web Site Administrator doesn't want it to appear on the Web
Site, they can make it inactive.
