The Web Site Administrator manages the calendar to keep it organized
and to change its properties. Most changes are made on the calendar page itself. Once you click Update under the calendar, you
have these options:
- Add an event: Allows
the Web Site Administrator and participants to add events. This function is also accessible through the Web Site Manager.
- Location Administration:
Allows the Web Site Administrator to edit
or delete event locations.
- Event Export: Allows
the Web Site Administrator and participants to export
calendar events to another format, such as HTML or CSV (for database
input).
- Calendar Properties:
Allows the Web Site Administrator to make the calendar public or private, active or inactive, and to change the
calendar name or description. This function is also accessible through the Web Site Manager.
- Default Calendar Display:
Allows the Web Site Administrator to change
the calendar view. By default, the calendar appears in desk view.
